• Position: Business Analyst
• Requirement: Bachelor's Degree is required in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or Information Systems.

Duties:

• Analyze business processes and gather detailed requirements for pharmacy operations, including prescription workflows, refill management, and patient engagement systems.

• Collaborate with stakeholders such as pharmacists, operations teams, and external vendors to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Perform data analysis using SQL to extract, manipulate, and validate data, supporting business insights and decision-making.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to monitor KPIs such as prescription volume, refill adherence, and customer retention.
• Identify process gaps and inefficiencies in pharmacy workflows and recommend data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and service turnaround time.
• Support and coordinate API integrations with third-party systems (e.g., insurance providers, vendors) to ensure seamless data exchange and system interoperability.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by creating test cases, validating system functionality, and ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements and timely delivery of solutions.
• Monitor system performance and gather user feedback to recommend continuous improvements and enhancements to digital platforms.
